"I was referred to Matthew Becker’s office and I wish I had called sooner! I called the office at 4:55 pm on a Friday, and had the wonderful opportunity to speak with Jada. I was thinking I would leave my contact information for a follow-up call Monday, given that I was calling right before the office closed for the weekend. Jada not only patiently walked through my policy options but proceeded to sign me up for my needed insurance and stayed on the phone with me for an hour after close.
